New Chairman of the Board

Welcome Urban Båvestam! 

We are very pleased and excited to present our new chairman, Urban Båvestam.

Urban is a Swedish lawyer and partner of law firm Westermark Anjou. He is one of the leading company law practitioners in Sweden and provides advice on company law, corporate governance, and securities law to both listed and non-listed companies. In addition, he is regularly appointed to chair AGMs and EGMs. Urban is also specialised in litigation and arbitration.

Moreover, Urban is Head of the Research Panel for Company and Securities Law at Stockholm Centre for Commercial Law, he has published numerous articles in Swedish legal journals, and he is a respected lecturer and teacher at several university law faculties.
