Depositary Services

We act as depositary for fund managers who, pursuant to the Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive shall appoint a third party depositary with respect to their managed funds. Our duties aim at investor protection and include to:

• safeguard or otherwise verify ownership of the fund’s assets
• monitor its cash flows
• oversee that transactions relating to units in the fund are carried out in accordance with fund documentation, that appropriate investment and valuation principles are applied, that management instructions are carried out, that consideration for AIF assets is received in normal timeframes, and that its income is applied appropriately.
