Orphan structures

We are experienced in setting up and administering so called orphan structures, created to be bankruptcy remote in connection with securitizations or to hold repossessed assets in distressed situations. Orphan Structures may be set up as fully Swedish or as cross-border structures.

Got Your Back manages two Swedish foundations:

• the Hibernator foundation, a foundation with the purpose to promote a well-functioning financial market, by investing in equities, real estate, claims and other assets and in doing so enable alternatives for lenders to bankruptcies and similar executive proceedings, and
• the Facilitator foundation, a foundation set up to promote a well functioning European financial market but aimed more specifically at financing transactions, such as securitizations.
